Council District 31 in Queens, which includes Arverne, Brookville, Edgemere, Laurelton, Springfield Gardens, Rosedale, and Far Rockaway, led all council districts with 11 fatalities in 2021.
District 17 in the Bronx, Districts 33 and 43 in Brooklyn, and District 50 on Staten Island all had 10 fatalities.
