How unequal property values affect facility funding

* Assessed value based on median assessed value per student for the highest and lowest 20% of districts of similar size
** Tax rate based on estimated annual cost

Prop 39 bonds are capped at $60 per $100,000 of assessed value for unified districts, $30 for other districts. Districts can have more than one bond approved at a time, but cannot exceed the bonding capacity limit of 2.5% or 1.25%
