The bar chart shows 28 percent of women across the U.S. and Canada were in the C-suite, compared to 17 percent in 2015, according to a survey conducted by McKinsey & Company and Leanin.org from May to July, 2023. Between 2015 and 2023, over 900 companies were surveyed and more than 450,000 employees shared their workplace experience.
