Notes: Petition time can be reduced to 15 days by paying a $2,805 premium processing fee and can run concurrently with the green card application time if the country cap is not filled. Wage determination = prevailing wage determination (determination issued only); recruitment = days from prevailing wage determination to filing a labor certification (average); petition, regular processing = employer petition (I-140) without premium processing (median); green card = I-485 adjustment of status to permanent residence (median). Petition and green card processing times are only reported as the median. For FY 2025, the recruitment period was estimated with a smaller available subset of records.
