Portland camping citation case outcomes

The 21 total camping ban cases filed filed between Nov. 1, 2025 and Jan. 1, 2026 have all stalled for different reasons.

According to the City of Portland, more than 100 people agreed to move into shelter to avoid a criminal citation during this period.
