LGH-owned property near Ephrata Route 222 exit fetches $15 million

Lancaster General Hospital has sold a 68.7-acre property next to the Ephrata exit on Route 222 that it has owned since 2004 and once eyed for a 250,000-square-foot hospital. Lancaster Log Cabins, based in Salisbury Township, paid $15 million for the West Earl Township property, which it plans to use to build and sell log cabin tiny homes.
