Source: BLS Job Openings and Labor Turnover Survey (JOLTS) UJOR measure reconstructed using BLS CPS data series LNS13000000 (Unemployment Level) and BLS JOLTS data series JTS000000000000000JOL (Job Openings Level). Data is seasonally adjusted. Due to the federal government shutdown, Current Population Survey (CPS) data on unemployment were not collected for October 2025.
