The purpose of this table is to provide a general estimate of the total paid by each WRC customer community toward the Highland Park Bad Debt based on the current share allocations. It does not reflect the actual amount paid by each individual customer as the shares and amounts paid have changed each year. The estimate is being provided in response to requests from the customer communities to better understand the magnitude of the amount. Upon repayment of the Highland Park Debt, the funds are expected to be retained by GLWA to offset increasing operation and capital cost. Customers should not expect a refund check in the future.
