Manhattan Residential Apartment Sales | June 8 - 14, 2025

Last week, Manhattan recorded nearly $500 million in apartment closings across 231 sales, including seven sales over $10 million. Eighteen of the 20 top sales were condos, with the highest co-op sale being a $7.1M sale at The Majestic. Of note the priciest sale at the Waldorf Astoria so far was reported last week.
