The chart consists of a horizontal bar divided in different sized section to denote the total number of docks with rail access within each OKI member county. Once again, Butler and Warren counties are the only two OKI counties that do not touch either river and, therefore, do not appear in the chart. Boone and Kenton counties also do not appear because none of their docks have rail access.
