Notes: This table compares the causal effects of the number of job postings advertised by local start-ups on wages advertised in LCAs, estimated on several subsamples. Column (1) excludes employers that have submitted more than 19 vacancies for a specific occupation. Column (2) focuses on employers included in both the LCA and BGT data, and it controls for the total yearly number of vacancies advertised by each employer. Column (3) excludes employers included in both the LCA and Crunchbase data. Columns (4) and (5) restrict the sample to employers that have submitted at least one LCA in two different years and employers that have submitted at least one LCA in each year, respectively.
