Thresholds are estimates calculated by adjusting IRS tax return data for 2022, the most recent year available, to 2026 values using personal income growth data from the U.S. Bureau of Economic Analysis. Values for the top 1%, 5% and 10% reflect individual tax return filers, not individual people or households.
