Certified enrollment: State minus eight

This chart shows the total public certified enrollment in Iowa schools vs. that enrollment excluding eight fast-growing districts: Ankeny, Clear Creek Amana, Iowa City, Johnston, Linn-Mar, Pleasant Valley, Southeast Polk and Waukee. While the statewide number appears to be steady, outside of those eight districts, it's declining.
