Mining activity generated $70 million to the U of M since 2010

The majority of mining revenues was earned between 2010 and 2014.

Based on the fiscal year from July of the prior year through June of the named year. The PUF also earns revenue through surface leases for access to land and timber sales. The revenue from other activities is not represented here and is typically a fraction of that earned through mining activities.
