Percentage of overburdened DCF workers increased in all offices but one from 2024-2026

In 2024, most DCF offices had relatively low levels of workers whose caseload burden exceeded the recommended limit of 90% capacity. By 2026, those numbers increased in every office except Middletown. In Hartford, for example, about 21% of workers' caseloads exceeded the 90% goal in 2024. By 2026, that percentage had grown to about 77.5%.
