Fayette Firefighters Memorial Park apartments

Washington, D.C.-based Douglas Development is proposing to convert commercial buildings at 420 E. Genesee St. and 430 E. Genesee St. into 57 apartments in downtown Syracuse. The buildings are directly across from the city's Fayette Firefighters Memoral Park.
