'Whitish material’ found in tributary of Marsh Creek State Park

The Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection is investigating a leak of unknown size of a material at a tributary of Marsh Creek Lake in Chester County. The leak was in an area drilled for the Mariner East 2 pipeline.
