When Justice Sharma shared benches with other justices, who authored the judgements?

Although Justice Manoj Kumar Sharma frequently sat with senior justices, he authored relatively few judgments in those cases. On benches shared with Bishowambhar Prasad Shrestha, Shrestha authored all 12 judgments. Of the 21 cases heard with Sapana Pradhan Malla, Malla wrote 16 judgments and Sharma two, while the remaining three were authored by other members of larger benches.

This analysis is limited to judgments published in the Nepal Kanoon Patrika (NKP). Decisions issued by the Constitutional Bench are excluded.
Five full-bench and larger full-bench judgments were excluded from one-to-one comparison, including one in which Manoj Kumar Sharma authored a separate concurring opinion. Cases involving fewer than four joint sittings with Sharma were also excluded from the chart. Among such cases, Sharma authored two judgments with Tank Bahadur Moktan and one with Mahesh Sharma Paudel. In five other cases involving Bam Kumar Shrestha, Hari Prasad Phuyal, and Tek Prasad Dhungana, Sharma served only as a signatory.
