Philadelphia precincts with the highest proportion of residents in poverty shifted furthest to the right. Precincts with the lowest poverty rates shifted furthest left.

Precincts are categorized by the percentage of the population living below the poverty line. The groups were created to encompass roughly equal voting-age populations, with about 255,000 adults per group.
