Granite City pay disparity

Nikki Petrillo and Stacie Miller allege they were paid less than men who had the same job title as them in the Granite City school district even when they had more experience and education. The following chart includes salaries of assistant principals like Petrillo and Miller through the years.

This chart begins with the year both Petrillo and Miller were assistant principals. Petrillo had been an administrator since 2009 and alleges the pay disparity was present at that time, too. In the 2012-13 and 2013-14 school years, Petrillo received a pay cut because her position changed from assistant principal to teacher. She was promoted to assistant principal again in 2014.
