A white Christmas historically typical for Buffalo

Fifty years of data from the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration show Buffalonians can usually count on having snow on Christmas. However, within the past 10 years, there has only been a 50% chance of a white Christmas, down from the 68% chance when considering the past 50 years. Weather forecasts this year indicate the region could have another white Christmas.
