Average tenant and rent based on streets

A majority of streets in Isla Vista are above the average per-tenant rent cost. The highest rents are concentrated on streets closest to the beach: Sabado Tarde Road, Del Playa Drive, and Trigo Road. Interestingly, while some streets have higher rents, their occupancy rates make them more affordable on a per-tenant basis. For example, Del Playa has the highest average rent but ranks only second in per-tenant cost.
