More Homes Are Being Sold Near Large Data Centers Every Year
Share of US single-family home sales occurring within five miles of a data center with at least 50 megawatts of capacity, 2018-2026, with a near-term projection for 2027. The projected value applies the current construction pipeline to 2025 home sale locations. It does not forecast where homes will sell. Only data centers that were operational at the time of sale are counted.
