Known protester arrests during Operation Midway Blitz, by origination and current status

The Tribune was able to document 106 protesters caught up in the operation's dragnet -- 100 detained by agents and six directly indicted before arrest. At least half of the 106 never faced charges and, of the rest, only nine have active felony cases.

Case status as of Dec. 23, the most recent available. One misdemeanor case was dismissed because the protester was deported. In 19 uncharged cases, prosecutors can still file charges but such a decision would be rare, based on the time already elapsed since arrest. Figures are for known detentions and could miss ones not logged by agents or missing from public records.
