Academically, Northwestern Kellogg is regarded as the top MBA program in marketing. In terms of earnings, however, Kellogg grads lag behind their peers. In their first year, Kellogg MBAs earned $106,627 in 2015, ranking 14th among U.S. News’ Top 50 MBA programs. To add insult to injury, that pay ranks below cross-town rival Booth. Overall, Harvard marketers earned the most (to start) at $123,719, followed closely by Stanford and Haas. However, the biggest individual check belongs to a Columbia grad, who somehow finagled a $320,000 starting wage.
