Global Talent Competitiveness Index 2025 rankings

The Global Talent Competitiveness Index 2025 model measures 77 indicators across 135 countries, which collectively represent more than 97 per cent of global gross domestic product and 93 per cent of the world’s population. Singapore came in first in the category of generalist adaptive skills for a workforce armed with soft skills, digital literacy and innovation focus, but ranked 31st for its ability to retain talent. This is the index’s 11th edition.
