Hate Incidents Across Cal State Campuses 

Incidents include hate crimes as defined by the California Penal Code, and hate violence as defined under the Education Code. It excludes incidents not on university property, as well as "protected but inappropriate speech," and harassment that does not include "a threat of bodily harm."
