VLI = Very Low Income; LI = Low Income; MI = Moderate Income. For the 5th RHNA cycle, Year 1 is 2015; for the 6th cycle, Year 1 is 2023. Data for 2015-2017 is aggregated, and there is no available annual data for those years. Above Moderate Income housing permits are excluded from the chart because there were far more of them than permits at other income levels, which makes the chart hard to read.
