Vehicle Searches Skyrocket Among Non-White Drivers

Across Philadelphia, fewer than 250 white, non-Latino drivers are searched in an average month. Citywide, the number of searches of black and Latino drivers has grown each year, totaling more than 2,000 per month in 2019 to date.
