Cumulative CMP tools shipped by Hwatsing
Milestone counts are as disclosed by Hwatsing and their basis shifts: the 100th (June 2021) and 500th (July 2024) counts cover 12-inch CMP tools only; the >140 (December 2021) and >800 (December 2025) counts cover all CMP tools; the 1,000th (April 2026) covers 12- and 8-inch CMP tools together. Counts are ex-factory shipments, not customer acceptances — 81 tools had shipped but not yet been accepted by customers at the end of 2021 alone. The 2014 point marks the launch of the first commercial Universal-300 rather than a disclosed shipment count.
