Bach Hot Spots: Where Second Homes Outnumber Owner-Occupier Dwellings

The analysis looked at percentage of dwellings owned by multi-homeowners and single property owners in each location. The multi-homeowner figure is an indication of how many properties in each location are used as holiday homes. In 90 locations, the share of dwellings owned by multi-homeowners was more than 50%.
