Those Who See Insurance Costs Going Up Largely Blame More Frequent Natural Disasters and Inflation

Source: From July 28 to August 10, 2025, Third Way and Impact Research conducted polling via an online panel of 1,000 likely 2026 voters nationwide, plus an oversample of 600 voters in Louisiana, Texas, Florida, North Carolina, and Mississippi, with a +/- 3.5 credibility interval. Respondents who reported rising insurance costs were asked what they believed was the primary reason homeowners’ or renters’ insurance had gone up.
