KFF projects that the uninsured rate in Florida will rise by 6 percentage points by 2032, and because 93 percent of the coverage loss in Florida will come by way of ACA Marketplace cuts, that rise in the uninsured rate will be in the earlier part of the timeframe, when the tax credit enhancements are set to expire and additional regulations go into effect — in 2026 or close thereafter.
