NOTES: Shooting incidents that leave four or more people injured or dead constitute mass shootings. Counties with mass shootings in fiscal year 2024 are: Alameda, Fresno, Kern, Riverside, San Diego, San Francisco, San Joaquin, Shasta, and Tulare. Fiscal year 2025 spanned July 1, 2024 to June 30, 2025.
