Record Numbers of Afghans Struggle to Afford Food, Shelter

Graph shows an increasing percentage of "not enough money" for both trends since 2017. In 2022, 86% of individuals did not have enough money for food and 73% of individuals did not have enough money for shelter. That is up from 49% not having enough money for food in 2017 and 42% not having enough money for shelter in 2017.
