Since Senate Bill 152 was passed in 2005, more than 100 communities in Colorado voted to opt of the law, which prevented them from operating broadband service. Nearly 20 more communities said yes to broadband on the Nov. 2018 ballot. (Data updated Nov. 7, 2018)
