Homeowner insurance cost changes

After a slight decrease in the fourth quarter of 2024, the average premium that Florida homeowners pay for insurance resumed an upward track during the first quarter of 2025. Figures shown in this table show changes in average premium and policy count for owner-occupied single-family homes.

This table shows that homeowner insurance costs increased during the first quarter of 2025.
