Midwest tick bite emergency room visits per 100,000 visits

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention announced in April that tick bite-related emergency room visits in most parts of the country were higher than normal. In the Midwest, tick bite-related visits per 100,000 emergency room visits have been climbing since 2022.
