Increases in percentage of population in 1/50yr flood hazard zones by 2030, assuming no flood control infrastructure. 1/50yr floods have a 2% chance of occurring each year. Increases in flood risk under low emissions (RCP 4.5) and high emissions (RCP 8.5) climate change scenarios are shown where they exceed historical levels.
