A fire of note is one that is particularly visible or poses a threat to public safety.
A map of B.C. shows multiple fires of note across B.C., mostly in the northwest. There is one fire east of Vancouver, one just to the northeast, and another all the way in the east near the Alberta border. Another fire is just south of Kamloops.
