Excludes M/V Champagny (313,230 bbl propane, Marcus Hook PA to Providence RI): load port is in PADD 1B, so this is an intra-PADD1 redistribution, not a receipt from outside PADD 1; EIA's tanker/barge series (2000–2025 bars) does not track intra-PADD1 moves either. *Includes 50/50 allocation of two cargoes MARAD reported at a single combined quantity split across a New England and a Mid-Atlantic port with no per-port breakdown: M/V Margaret Mitchell (312,918 bbl unleaded gasoline, Newark NJ / New Haven CT) and M/V Gem Turquoise (252,000 bbl jet fuel, Sewaren NJ / New Haven CT). The New Haven CT halves (156,459 bbl gasoline; 126,000 bbl jet fuel) are a working assumption, not a MARAD-confirmed split.
