All-in spot rates, Jan. 2024-March 2026

Broadly, spot load volumes continued up 6% over the prior week to the highest level since June 2022, according to Truckstop.com/FTR's March 16 report. Loads were more than 42% higher than during the same 2025 week, 7.3% above the five-year average. All told that's the "strongest comparison since early December," and the ratio of loads to trucks hasn't been as high as it is today since March of 2022.
