Database: IREAD-3 reading proficiency 2019-2024

The percent of third grade students proficient on the Indiana Reading Evaluation and Determination (IREAD-3) assessment. In 2024, 82.5 percent of Indiana students in public and non-public were proficient in reading skills. The exam was not given in 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
