Over 800 Total Firearms & Components Recovered Since 2021

The Queens County DA's Office's CSIB recovered completed firearms and components as part of its ghost gun investigations. This stopped over 800 guns from making it to the streets of Queens County.

Lower Receivers: These are a crucial component of a firearm and represent an additional 355 firearms that were not yet completed, but well on their way to becoming functioning firearms.

Commercially Manufactured Firearms: These ‘iron pipeline guns’ were trafficked from southern states and recovered in local Queens Neighborhoods.

Complete Ghost Gun Kits: These kits contain all the tools and components necessary to complete additional operable firearms -- no experience needed – within minutes.
