CEOs earn on average 140 times more than the lowest salary in Swiss companies

Gap between the highest and lowest salaries in selected Swiss companies, 2018-2022. Roche has had for several years the highest pay gap, with the CEO's salary being more than 300 times higher than the lowest salary.
