Small multiples line charts showing that the U.S., U.K. and Germany have had the biggest decreases in the coal share of their electricity generation from 2000 to 2023 amongst G7 countries. On average, G7 countries' coal share of electricity generation decreased from 38.5% in 2000 to 15.9% in 2023.
