Note: CalMatters requested data on the ordinances LAPD uses to address encampments, for which the department included 41.18 (bans sitting, lying or sleeping in the public right of way), 56.11 (bans storing personal property in a public area) and 63.44 (bans camping in a park, as well as fires in parks, smoking, etc.).
