As of March 2023, 1.3 per cent of NZ mortgages are in arrears

The rate starts above 1.5 per cent in March 2017, frops to around 1.3 and rises to around 1.5 again in March 2020 before dropping below 1 per cent in September 2020, up to 1.2 in March 2021 and back around 1 per cent for the beginning of 2022 before rising again from mid-2022 to 1.3 per cent in March 2023.
