South Africans only make up 3% of the H-2A program, but their growth rate far outpaces growth from workers in Mexico 

South Africans with H-2A visas increased at nearly the same rate at Mexican workers until 2018. Between 2012 and 2024, their numbers surged by 1,300%. Workers from Mexico grew 450% during that same time period.
