Medicare beneficiaries who earn high incomes have to pay these amounts in addition to their standard monthly Part B and Part D premiums. The standard Part B premium is $202.90 a month in 2026; Part D premiums vary by plan. The income levels are based on the federal taxpayer's 2024 modified adjusted gross income.
